In this role, you'll:

 


Working as part of a team enabling operations management and transformation through technology, you’ll connect operational needs with the suitable technology solutions, turning ideas into compelling business cases and enabling their implementation.

This role will see you lead engagement across operations teams, working closely with stakeholders to identify priorities, shape initiatives, and ensure solutions are ready to land effectively. From business cases through to adoption, you’ll play a central role in making sure technology delivers real value on the ground.

You will build and broker strong partnerships, unlocking better outcomes, smoother adoption, and meaningful operational improvements in a complex and fast-changing environment with diverse stakeholder needs.

Your engagement, change, and strategic planning capability, built across technology, operations, or transformation environments, will see you translate real-world challenges into actionable solutions, support teams through change, and embed outcomes that stick.

You’re recognised as a collaborative and influential leader, skilled at bringing stakeholders together and driving adoption, and experienced in business case development, change enablement, and delivering outcomes in complex organisations.
