We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies in the DACH market.

1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Spanish market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
