This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with regional and global marketing teams, Product Marketing, Sales, Communications and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and activate go-to-market strategies aligned to business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating customer and market insights into impactful programs that strengthen customer relationships, accelerate business growth and enhance LinkedIn's market position. The core audience includes Talent (HR) decision-makers and key influencer groups such as recruiters, Learning & Development leaders, CHROs, CTOs, CFOs and other senior business stakeholders.
The role requires a highly strategic and commercially minded marketer who can analyse data, customer insights and market signals to inform decision-making, optimise investments and deliver measurable impact. Success in this role requires strong leadership, influence and collaboration skills to navigate a highly matrixed, performance-focused environment.
