Your role as a Snowsports Scheduler will be manging all scheduling, work allocation, instructor and guest management using our Intouch Elevate Scheduling tool.

The Scheduler team has a relentless focus on making it easy to book and purchase through our online sales channels and enabling guests to connect easily with their instructor/s on snow.

About the Role

You’ll be based at one of our mountains (Coronet Peak or The Remarkables) working alongside the Snowsports crew reporting directly to our Head of Snowsports – Revenue Operations.

Your primary focus will be to optimise online availability for guests and maximise the work available for our instructors daily across both mountains.

Being adaptable to constantly changing information and environments as well as being an effective communicator is an essential part of this role.

Systems:

You’ll have experience using and programming in python (or something similar). You will be comfortable managing multiple data sources and insights.

You’ll be detail oriented and able to focus on managing a busy Snowsports School booking and instructor scheduling system.

Your role is to provide Operational Leads with the most accurate and up to date information to manage on-snow operations effectively.

Responsiveness:

You’ll be a quick thinker, problem solver and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams with the purpose of delivering an exceptional guest and instructor experience.

Key KPIs:

• Maintain optimal online availability of lessons daily and long term (across season)

• Make decisions which maximise revenue, yield, and guest retention

• Make decisions which use instructor labour in the most efficient way possible at the same time ensuring guests receive the highest quality lesson experiences possible


• Snowsports Schedulers report directly to Head of RevOps and this team is responsible for all advanced scheduling of instructors and planning across season, prior to mountain openings. During the operational season Schedulers manage any updates to daily instructor and guest allocations for group lessons, privates, multiday programmes and schools.


About You

• Experienced in technology, programming, revenue management, scheduling and commercial activity.

• Excellent communicator - you’ll be advising Snowsports operations on what to expect each day.

Skills and Qualifications

• Tertiary level degree in information systems, IT, software engineering or similar preferred

• Previous instructing or coaching experience an advantage but not essential.

• Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tool preferred

• Experience with managing complex, ever changing environments.

• ‘Unflappable’ in at times chaotic disrupt scenarios.


Further Information

• We require Snowsports Schedulers to start in early May. You will need to be on the ground with accommodation in Queenstown to start on your contracted date. Depending on your base location the scheduler roles will finish between 27 September and 11 October 2026.

• To prepare you for success you will complete Snowsports online onboarding prior to commencing your role, to fully understand the Snowsports environment.
