Persian Horizon is hiring a Social Media Specialist to work embedded with our sales department , supporting social selling, lead generation, and personal brand positioning for our sales team across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) .

This role is not about posting pretty content or chasing likes. It is about helping salespeople generate conversations, credibility, and leads through social platforms .

Role Overview

You will work day-to-day with sales representatives to:

  • Build and optimise their personal social media presence

  • Support social outreach and relationship building

  • Turn online visibility into real sales conversations and leads

You will collaborate closely with Sales Management and Sales Coaches to ensure social activity directly supports deal flow and closures .

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise and maintain professional personal profiles for sales team members on:

    • LinkedIn (primary focus)

    • Instagram

    • X (Twitter)

  • Support the sales team in building:

    • Credible personal brands

    • Investor- and client-facing profiles

    • Trust-driven positioning

  • Assist in creating and refining:

    • Profile bios and descriptions

    • Headlines and positioning statements

    • Introductory messages and connection notes

  • Work alongside sales reps on:

    • Social outreach activity

    • Conversation follow-ups

    • Moving contacts from social platforms into WhatsApp Business or CRM

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure:

    • Messaging aligns with offers and deals

    • Social activity supports active pipelines

    • Leads are handed over cleanly for closing

  • Track and report on:

    • Profile growth and engagement

    • Conversations initiated

    • Leads generated via social channels

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Selling support role

  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn (mandatory)

  • Working experience with Instagram and X (Twitter) in a business or sales context

  • Understanding of how social platforms support lead generation and sales conversations

  • Ability to work closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable working on-site with daily coordination with Sales

CRM familiarity and WhatsApp Business experience are a strong advantage.
