APM Group is seeking a passionate Social Worker for an on-site Wellington contractor role that reports to the Team Leader and supports clients with housing, financial and community-based needs. You will navigate MSD and ACC processes, assist with court-related matters, connect clients to mental health and parenting supports, budgeting and family services, and help them access community resources and entitlements. Collaboration with the MDT will ensure social and environmental factors are included in rehab planning while upholding Tikanga Māori values of Manaakitanga, Kotahitanga, Wairuatanga, Whānaungatanga and Rangatiratanga. Requirements include a Qualified Social Worker with current registration and at least 2 years’ experience; strong communication skills.
