Develop scalable validation systems that verify content quality, stability, performance, and integrity throughout the development pipeline.
Integrate automated quality checks into content creation tools and workflows to identify issues early in the development process.
Partner with software engineers, technical artists, and cross-functional teams to embed quality engineering into development pipelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong programming skills in C++, C#, Python, or similar languages.
Experience developing automation frameworks, developer tools, or testing infrastructure.
Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI workflows, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted automation.
Understanding of software quality engineering principles, automated testing, CI/CD, and scalable validation systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines.
Experience developing games or game engine technology.
Knowledge of procedural content generation systems.
Experience with Frostbite, Unreal Engine, Unity, or other modern game engines.
Familiarity with User Generated Content platforms or creator ecosystems.
