• Apply system design principles including modularity, scalability, resilience, performance, and security
• Contribute to cloud-native solutions and microservice-based architectures
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment workflows
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve operational health and system reliability
Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards, quality practices, and secure

• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers
• Strong experience with .NET, NodeJS and Typescript
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Experience delivering production-grade applications and services
• Working knowledge of system design and distributed application fundamentals
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous integrations, and event-driven architectures

appropriate
• A practical problem-solver focused on outcomes and execution
• A team-oriented developer who collaborates effectively across disciplines
• A builder who balances speed, quality, and maintainability
• Someone who thinks in terms of reuse and platform leverage, not just project delivery
• An engineer who automates repetitive work and continuously improves processes
