Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers on planning, stack ranks, prioritization, and staffing.
  • Advance the app architecture. Ensure sustainable development of the app. Represent platform-specific considerations in cross-stack developments. Ensure technical alignment with other Workspace iOS apps.
  • Ensure the app is working reliably and with low latency.
  • Guide and elevate mid-level and junior iOS engineers on the team.
  • Enable the team to leverage DevAI productively.
