We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on Salesforce
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect with deep expertise in designing and
delivering scalable, industry‑focused Salesforce solutions for banks, wealth
management firms, insurance providers, and other financial institutions. The
ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, enterprise architecture, and
the ability to translate complex financial services requirements into robust,
compliant, and performant Salesforce FSC implementations. This role requires
strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive
solution design from inception to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the architectural vision and
roadmap for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with client
business goals across banking, wealth, insurance, or lending domains.

Design FSC data models and architecture
leveraging industry objects such as Person Accounts, Financial Accounts,
Financial Goals, Action Plans, Life Events, Policies, Claims, and Referrals.

Lead the evaluation and selection of FSC
features such as Interaction Summaries, Compliance & Regulatory features,
Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Relationship Groups, and Intelligent
Agent/Household features.

Translate complex financial‑industry
requirements into FSC‑driven solutions that support advisory workflows,
onboarding, KYC/AML processes, case management, and compliance tracking.

Oversee technical design across FSC
implementations including data modeling, system integration, record‑level
security, and compliance considerations (e.g., data masking, regulatory
auditability).

Collaborate with business stakeholders,
compliance teams, and technology leaders to ensure solution architectures
support regulatory frameworks relevant to financial institutions.

Mentor architects and developers on FSC best
practices, industry data models, OmniStudio, and configuration patterns unique
to FSC.

Drive adoption of modern engineering best
practices such as DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure
development processes within FSC implementations.

Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of
FSC environments including management of large data volumes, complex sharing
rules, and multi‑party relationships.

Lead resolution of complex FSC‑specific
technical challenges such as multi‑tier householding models, high‑volume
referral processes, or integration with core banking/portfolio systems.

Stay current on FSC releases and industry
capabilities, advising clients on opportunities for optimization and
innovation.

Conduct and lead FSC‑focused technical design
sessions and document solutions aligned with financial services business
objectives.

Architect integrations between Salesforce FSC
and financial systems (core banking, policy admin systems, custodians, LOS/LMS
platforms, trading systems).

Oversee delivery of FSC custom development,
OmniStudio components, integrations, and large‑scale data migration (including
Person Accounts and financial object hierarchies).

Coordinate with offshore teams to plan
architecture, prioritize tasks, estimate efforts, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Provide FSC training and knowledge transfer to
client teams to ensure adoption of industry objects, Action Plans, financial
account models, and compliance workflows.
Requirements

10–12 years of Salesforce project experience with
significant focus on enterprise architecture in regulated industries.

5–7 years in senior delivery leadership roles for large
Salesforce programs.

Hands‑on experience designing and delivering multiple end‑to‑end
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.

Deep understanding of FSC data models, including Person
Accounts, Householding, Relationship Groups/Roles, Financial Accounts &
Holdings, Policies & Claims, and Action Plans.

Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts,
DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) as used in financial services flows.

Experience implementing compliance workflows such as KYC,
AML reviews, audit trails, and regulatory record handling in Salesforce.

Strong architectural knowledge of Salesforce platform
capabilities including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and APIs.

Experience integrating Salesforce FSC with financial systems
using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and ETL tools (MuleSoft
preferred).

Experience designing role‑based security, shielding,
encryption, and data governance models for sensitive financial data.

Proficiency in DevOps and release management for complex
multi‑cloud Salesforce environments.

Strong understanding of data migration strategies for FSC,
including Person Account conversions, householding structures, and large data
volumes.

Must have: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Strongly preferred: Financial Services Cloud Accredited
Professional; Integration Architect; Data Architect certifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$150,000 - $200,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
