Reporting to the Head of Solution Delivery & Architecture, this is a pivotal digital leadership role shaping how technology enables Zespri’s global performance. As Solution Delivery Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts to design, deliver and continuously improve business-critical applications across the Quality and Compliance teams within our Global Supply Chain function. 

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology - partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes, unlock value from systems, and deliver scalable, future-fit solutions.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver global application solutions
• Partnering with Quality and Compliance leaders to design and optimise processes using technology
• Driving end-to-end solution delivery (from design through to implementation and support)
• Establishing performance metrics and KPIs to measure business impact
• Enabling smarter decision-making through data, analytics, and automation opportunities
• Managing vendor relationships and contributing to digital investment roadmaps
• Championing user adoption and continuous improvement across platforms

You’re a strategic and people-focused digital leader who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You bring a blend of strong technical capability and commercial acumen, and you know how to influence, partner and lead across a global organisation.

You’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a digital, applications or solution delivery environment
• Strong experience delivering enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, cloud-based platforms, or similar) across full lifecycle projects
• Deep understanding of business process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-impact outcomes
• Confidence navigating complexity, influencing decisions, and driving change
• A collaborative, customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
