What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead sourcing for new product development (NPD) by selecting cost-effective technologies, materials, regions, and suppliers
• Drive ongoing cost reduction initiatives for existing products by identifying new savings opportunities
• Support product maintenance by partnering with engineering on quality improvements and feature enhancements
• Align with global procurement by contributing to and executing category strategies while ensuring local needs are represented
• Identify and develop new supplier opportunities, cost drivers, support supply continuity, and help resolve critical material shortages

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Engineering or Business and solid experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of cost drivers across materials, manufacturing processes, and regions
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with confidence to influence decisions and work cross-functionally

   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000- $135,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
