Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and approve alternative raw materials and suppliers, ensuring a reliable supply for the Lithuanian Plant.
Manage and develop supplier relationships to support continuous improvement and supply chain stability.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and initiate corrective actions when needed, escalating major issues to Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Quality.
Work with Product Development, Quality, and Operations to ensure material specifications align with plant needs and supplier capabilities.
Support Global Strategic Sourcing goals and represent the interests of the Lithuanian plant, driving cost‑saving initiatives.
Consult with corporate resources when needed (e.g., Legal, Direct/Indirect Sourcing).
Perform purchasing order placement activities as required.
