Accor’s ibis Styles Sydney Central is seeking a Sous Chef to lead Mee So kitchen in Sydney CBD. This role requires a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to step into leadership, mentor the brigade, and deliver excellent food and service while upholding brand standards and food safety. You’ll work a 38-hour roster with mornings, evenings and weekends, supported by experienced Executive Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to step into a leadership role and further develop their skills alongside an experienced Executive Chef.
