Duties and Responsibilities  

As Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  

Check and set up the daily operations of the Male / Female changing area according to standards.  

Assist rest of team to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately in a timely manner.   

Check and revise all public areas ensuring they are kept as per standards.  

Greet the guest upon entering the Spa/fitness area.  

Serve water and cold/warm towel to the guest upon arrival.  

Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.  

Request and collect stock and supply in accordance with minimum stock levels.  

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit.   

Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed as per standards.  

Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.  

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.  

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.  

Qualifications 

To execute the position of Spa Attendant, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: 

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred. 

Fluent in French & English

EU or Swiss Passport
