To strengthen our dynamic spa team, we are looking for you as a spa receptionist for the 2026/2027 winter season!


Key Responsibilities

  • Taking reservations
  • Working according to Kempinski standards
  • Welcoming and looking after guests
  • Being ready to give massages
  • Cleaning the spa area
  • Selling different services and products
  • Coordinating different appointments


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • An organised and precise way of working
  • Successfully completed specialist training and initial professional experience in the upmarket hotel industry
  • You are motivated to learn new things and create unforgettable moments for guests
  • Resilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness
  • Good German and English skills are a prerequisite; another foreign language, such as Russian, is an advantage
