Gibbston Valley is hiring multiple permanent full‑time Spa Therapists to join the award winning lodge and spa in Gibbston, Otago. The role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday, with a pay range of $28.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. You’ll deliver massage, beauty and relaxation treatments, create a warm guest focused environment, support daily spa operations, promote services and retail, and provide personalised recommendations to craft meaningful moments for guests. About you: NZQCF Level 4 or higher or at least three years’ spa experience; genuine passion for guest care and holistic wellbeing; calm, professional communication; strong organization and flexibility for evenings and weekends; eligible to work in NZ. We are looking for a passionate Spa Therapist (Beauty Therapist) who takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments and genuine care.

About the role:

• Permanent Full-time - Multiple roles
• Minimum 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, from Monday to Sunday, inclusive.
• Location: Gibbston Valley Wines - Otago, Gibbston
• $28.00 to $33.00 depending on the skills and experience

As a Spa Therapist, you’ll create calm, restorative experiences that leave guests feeling renewed and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a range of massage, beauty, and relaxation treatments
• Creating a warm, professional, guest-focused environment
• Supporting daily spa operations (cleanliness, scheduling, stock control, compliance)
• Promoting spa services, packages, and retail products
• Providing personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s visit
• This role is more than treatments - it’s about creating meaningful moments.

About you:

• A relevant qualification at NZQCF Level 4 (or international equivalent) or higher or minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a spa environment.
• A genuine passion for guest care, health, and holistic wellbeing.
• A calm, professional, and confident manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and precise time management.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Eligibility of work in New Zealand without any restrictions.
