Key job responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds
-Work in multiple areas and adjust to changing priorities.
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Work in multiple areas during the shift based on current need.
- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50 / hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Basic Qualifications


- Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license • CFOT certification or equivalent experience • Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience • ASE certification or equivalent experience • Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements • Experience working with Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, Fiber Optics/Optical and/or Harness Integration • Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment • Expert knowledge and certification in rigging and lifting equipment. • Experience in rigging and lifting equipment inspection and maintenance. • Experience rigging related safety measures
