- This job is a member of the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of American Airlines operational data, producing and distributing standard reports.
What you'll do
- Monitors scheduled and off-scheduled operations
- Maintains the FATS (Flight and Traffic Statistics) database. FATS is AA’s corporate database used to track, analyze, and report American Airlines operations, traffic and capacity to AA management, DOT, IATA and other government reporting agencies.
- Audits departure delays, researches flight history, reconciles and updates missing information, reviews flight times and validates them, audits tarmac delays, and assists in departure delay code resolution
- Must be willing to travel on company business if and when necessary
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements, if applicable
- The operation is 7 days per week. The shift awarded could require working nights, weekends, and/or holidays as well as extended hours outside of the scheduled shift

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Familiarity with airline data systems (FATS, FOS and OAASIS data)
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Sabre system and Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge and understanding of airline operations and terminology
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to successfully meet deadlines, all while demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations using time formats
- Ability to work in an entry level analyst role working under strict policies and procedures handling repetitive tasks
