Keeping the wheels turning in the operations hub
In this role, you’ll serve as a key link between internal teams, strategic spares account managers, logistics and other stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and service outcomes. You’ll be hands-on day to day, guiding activities that ensure business continuity and reliable service delivery, while keeping workflows aligned with broader business objectives and compliant with company policies.
You’ll monitor how work flows through the organization, spot bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. You’ll coordinate efforts across departments so initiatives stay on target, and you’ll translate data into steady, accurate reporting that informs decisions. On the project side, you’ll support system implementations and organizational initiatives, track milestones, and help with change management, testing, training and process documentation to support adopt-and-run efforts.
Analytical work will be a regular habit: you’ll collect and interpret operational metrics, publish regular dashboards and KPI scorecards, and flag risks or opportunities based on what the data shows. The role combines process discipline with a proactive mindset to help the business deliver what customers expect while driving improvements.

Tips for applicants
Lead with your degree and the number of years you’ve spent in related roles, especially if you have two to five years in operations or a high-tech environment.
Relate your must-have skills to concrete outcomes: mention a hands-on use of Excel and Power BI to drive improvements and any ERP or CRM projects you’ve led or supported.
Be ready to walk through a project where you identified a bottleneck across multiple teams and describe the corrective actions you implemented, the milestones you tracked, and the impact on service delivery.
Ask about how success is measured for this role and which teams you’ll collaborate with most closely, such as internal groups, strategic spares account managers, and logistics.
