American Airlines is hiring a Specialist, Inflight Operations Support in Fort Worth, TX, full-time onsite. You’ll act as the liaison among Integrated Operation Control and Inflight, serving as the first point of contact for operational events that could affect crewmembers’ health, safety or security, and ensure proper event notification and reporting. You’ll coordinate with Inflight Management, Crew Scheduling, Risk Management, APFA and flight attendants, participate in operational calls, and produce delay summaries and reports from CERS. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays; a bachelor’s degree and inflight or crew-tracking experience are preferred.
