Job Description

Role Summary

The People Operations Specialist is the frontline champion for our store employees. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR activities, ensuring that every store team member has a seamless and positive experience from their first day onwards. Your role is to handle the administrative heartbeat of the stores -answering queries, managing data, and ensuring that our staff are supported, informed and engaged. 

 

  • Coordinate with the operations team for end-to-end people related processes for store staff, including, but not limited to, hiring, system & data management and employee relations.

  • Act as the first point of contact for store employees regarding any people related topics

  • Own the data integrity of the store population, ensuring smooth and accurate data management

  • Support the operations team in managing the employee grievance and performance management cases

  • Conduct exit interviews for frontline staff to gather insights on turnover and ensure a smooth departure process.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR People Operations role. 

  • B.s.c Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.

  • High attention to detail and a "service-oriented" mindset. You must be comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people across different store locations.
