Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


This role helps bring the adidas brand to life through partnerships with athletes, teams and organisations. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of brand partners, ensuring they are supported and activated in a way that strengthens brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports commercial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and manage strong relationships with athletes, teams and partners, delivering a high level of day-to-day support
  • Identify and help secure new partnerships that align with adidas brand direction and category priorities
  • Support contract discussions and negotiations with partners and agents
  • Deliver seamless execution across key campaign moments and product launches
  • Coordinate product allocations and orders for athlete seeding and key footwear launches
  • Manage the end-to-end distribution of product to athletes and partners
  • Maintain accurate tracking of product inventory and ensure it is organised and accessible
  • Monitor how partners are featured across campaigns and ensure alignment with brand objectives
  • Ensure athletes and partners represent adidas in line with campaign expectations and brand standards
  • Support broader Sports Marketing activity during peak periods, working cross-functionally with internal teams


Key Relationships:

 

You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Category, as well as external partners including athletes, teams and agents.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong understanding of the local sports and cultural landscape
  • Interest in sport, athlete partnerships and brand storytelling
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills or exposure to commercial discussions


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Around 2+ years’ experience in sports marketing, partnerships, talent management or similar
  • Experience working with athletes, brands or agencies is highly regarded
