SEHA is seeking a Specialist - Talent Acquisition for Allied Health and Admin, a full-time onsite role in Abu Dhabi. You’ll screen, interview, and process applicants while supporting the Senior Officer and other leaders, coordinating with managers to determine staffing, and handling advertising, compliance, immigration, housing, and visas. You’ll prepare contracts and entry documents, liaise with agencies, manage new arrivals and monthly reporting, and safeguard data protection. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in recruitment, preferably in a large healthcare facility, with a bachelor’s in HR/BA or a diploma plus experience; a master’s is desirable.  Responsible for efficiently screening, interviewing and processing applicants and generally acting as a resource to the section to support the day-to-day work of the Senior Officer directly, and other seniors within the section, indirectly.



•   Liaises with other managers to determine staffing requirements 
•   Provides support in using  internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate 
•   Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements 
•   Executes and liaises with facility departments regarding recruitment-related issues, e.g. 
immigration, other Human Resources sections, housing, finance, employee health, transport and relevant heads of departments 
•   Prepares formal documentation for incoming candidates e.g. contract, entry permits, visit visas, flight reservations, etc. 
•   Communicates with and contacts agencies/candidates effectively when required, either through International agencies, by phone, email, or fax to complete file documentation 
•   Prepares and processes new arrivals report 
•   Maintains monthly reports as required 
•   Assists in reviewing  candidates’ applications from recruitment agencies and directing hire applicants to ensure that candidate meets eligibility requirements 
•   Assists with advertising including the update of websites and journals etc. and the logistics for recruitment trips 
•   Participates in recruitment trips as authorized by the department 
•   Informs candidates regarding salaries, benefits and conditions of employment and requirements needed for processing application including time frames 
•   Informs and liaises with international recruiters if required to expedite the processing of candidates files, after verification from the Senior Officer 


Accountabilities 
•   Provides relevant employee benefits information to candidates to attract and retain talent. 
•   Maintains and is accountable for all documentation pertaining to recruitment committees 
•   Submits and shares application completion rate 
•   Ensures and tracks time to hire 
•   Drives for delivery against quality and cost standards as per agreed timelines with the business. 


 

Experience :-  
Required: 
•   2-4 years of relevant experience  

Desired : 
•   Experience in a large healthcare facility  
 Educational Qualification: Required: 
•   Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or any relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience 

Desired: 
•   Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or any relevant field.
