This UAE national Graduate Trainee Specialist UI Design role at Future-X is an onsite full-time position in Dubai requiring a family book and less than two years of design experience. The role centers on translating briefs into multi-screen digital experiences, iterating visuals, contributing to design guidelines, and coordinating with developers, partners, and agencies to deliver pixel perfect UI on tight timelines. Core skills include UI design for apps and web, user research, prototyping, and proficiency with Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Adobe XD. For best results, tailor a portfolio showing journey maps, micro interactions, collaboration with developers, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand initial design briefs with internal stakeholders & UX managers to determine the style, look, feel for multi-screen digital projects in order to facilitate most appropriate implementation.
• Iteratively conceptualize, explore, evaluate Web/Mobile Apps’ visual design/development solutions and support their end-to-end implementation.
• Provide inputs into development of digital design guideline.
• Ensure and manage healthy relationships with partners, agencies to ensure 360-degree support. 
• Monitor and manage delivery of desired levels of output from internal stakeholders for medium- and long-term projects.
• Work with mobile app developers to assess the feasibility of implementing solutions to meet targeted deliverables with stringent timelines.
• Ensure the visual conceptualization of screen layout, behavior of features and interactions in line with digital brand guidelines. Create, maintain and continuously develop a library of technical specifications and assets (user interface components, interactive elements and layout templates) to improve operational efficiency.
• Produce multiple unique stylistic approaches to digital design problems to help address customer centric requirements. 
• Continuously follow and implement latest UI/UX and development trends.
• Proactively support other team members to share team workload.
• Create micro interactions for the UI and guide for the HTML/ front end developers to develop pixel perfect HTMLs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in design or related field

Experience:

• Rlevant design expereince or projects and assignments

   

Skills

• Expert in user interface design in online or app ecosystems. Experience with user centric research and evaluation, insights and analysis. 
• Solid demonstration of journey creation, prototyping executed in amazing user interface design.
• Peer reviews, able to give and receive constructive feedback on all UI deliverables.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle
• IA/UI Tools – Expert in visualizing design concepts- e.g., Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe xd
• Flexible attitude to business and design direction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Documentation skills, compile clear specifications to designs where required.
• Resourcefulness, initiative and independence`
• Excellent planning and management skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others, both internal staff and external agencies
