Impact Acoustic AG seeks a Specification Manager for Munich to be a trusted advisor to architects and designers, guiding sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circularity and design feasibility from concept to tender. This is a people and storytelling role that favors conversations over CAD, with duties including nurturing Munich’s A&D network, visiting firms, presenting materials, updating libraries, and driving project pipelines via CRM. You’ll serve as the acoustic and materials expert across workplace, hospitality, cultural and education projects, represent the brand at events, and collaborate with HQ to spur innovation. Native German, fluent English, an existing A&D network in Munich, and a passion for sustainability are essential, with autonomy and growth potential.


Act as the trusted advisor for architects & designers in Munich. You will guide them through sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circularity, and design feasibility to ensure Impact Acoustic becomes a specified part of their projects.

This is a role for someone who loves people, storytelling, and design conversations more than drawing details.

  • Grow and nurture strong relationships with Munich’s architecture & interior design community.
  • Visit firms regularly, present materials, update libraries, and provide project consulting.
  • Act as the acoustic + materials expert for specifiers from concept to tender.
  • Position Impact Acoustic in workplace, hospitality, cultural, and education projects.
  • Represent the brand at events, fairs, and networking gatherings.
  • Track project pipelines and manage specification progress through CRM.
  • Work closely with HQ Sales, Marketing, and the Impact Lab to drive innovation conversations.
  • Architect / Interior Architect / Designer.
  • You love people and get energy from meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
  • You understand design intent, construction phases, and specification logic.
  • You have an existing A&D network in Munich and know how to activate it.
  • Strong communicator with natural storytelling ability.
  • Passion for materials, acoustics, and sustainable innovation.
  • Fluent in German (native) + comfortable in English.
