Prior home care experience is a plus but not required; you must hold a current Pennsylvania SLP license and be eligible for ASHA certification (CCC or equivalent) or be on track to meet those requirements, with solid computer skills and EMR experience. You will conduct thorough evaluations, develop and revise treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while documenting care on a touch pad tablet.
