- 50% of billings direct to you (NDIS rates vary for clinical service and travel; includes Superannuation). *NDIS rates vary between travel and clinical service, and for different service offerings. Percentage of billings varies according to chargeable rates for services delivered

The Patches Team are looking for driven, talented and really good fun, Speech Pathologists, experienced and comfortable with Assessments and the development and ongoing delivery of client focused care and treatment plans.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop care and treatment plans

• Work with clients to develop goals and objectives for therapy – and CELEBRATE the wins with them

• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Work closely with clients and their families to assist them in maximising the benefits of assistive technology and techniques to improve daily living skills

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients’ progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

• Current AHPRA registration and registration with Speech Pathology Australia

• Current state license to practice as a Speech Pathologist

• Experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds (ideal, but special interests or specialty skills are welcome!)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
