Ability Action Australia is hiring a Speech Pathologist to support NDIS participants on the Sunshine Coast with flexible full-time or part-time hours, onsite in Noosaville/Maroochydore and across home, school, and community settings via telehealth. You’ll work in a strengths-based, collaborative MDT, deliver tailored assessments and evidence-based interventions, mentor junior clinicians, manage a caseload, and ensure NDIS compliance. Essential: Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, post-graduate experience, strong organisation, growth mindset, a genuine passion for disability, and a team-first attitude. Highlight outcomes across settings, collaboration with OTs, physiotherapists and psychologists, and your ability to balance priorities; show adaptability for flexible hours and inclusion in recruitment.
