Capital SMART's Spray Painter role in Ingleburn is a Monday to Friday, 6.00 am to 3.30 pm, 45 hours per week position with overtime paid after 38 hours, based in a safe, award-winning workshop known for its clean, efficient operations. You’ll complete paint jobs per SMART processes, sign off on the final colour with minor adjustments as needed, and maintain spray booths, equipment and robots daily. We're looking for a Spray Painter at our site in Ingleburn. This role is Monday to Friday, 6.00 am to 3.30 pm, totalling 45 hours per week - Your overtime is guaranteed and paid after 38 hours each week.

With quality and safety at the forefront of everything we do, this role includes (but is not limited to):

• Complete paint jobs in accordance with SMART processes and procedures
• Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.
