Winter & Taylor, Corio is seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join their modern workshop with Car-O-Liner systems and five spray booths. This permanent full‑time role runs 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday with overtime available. You’ll complete paint jobs to spec, sign off on the final colour with minor adjustments, and maintain spray booths and equipment daily. Essential requirements are a trade qualification, collision repair experience, full Australian working rights, and a valid driver’s licence. Winter & Taylor, Corio is a large spacious workshop with modern facilities and are fully equipped with all the latest in repair technology including Car-O-Liner systems and five spray booths.

Our solid team of 30 work together and support each other to provide the highest quality repairs for our customers. There is plenty of free street parking available and we are in an easy to reach location from the Geelong city centre. Close to V/line train station and Geelong bus route system. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our team at Winter & Taylor, Corio.

Modern workshop. Stable work-flow.

Permanent position, 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday - with overtime available if wanting more!

Role responsibilities

• Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures
• Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
• Any adhoc duties as directed by leadership

Does this sound like you? 

• Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
• Have experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
• Have full Australian Working rights and valid drivers licence
