Job Requirements

  • ERP Implementation & Optimization: Leading projects to implement, re-implement, or upgrade Global Shop Solutions ERP modules, specifically enhancing shop floor, inventory, or financial modules.
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyzing current-state manufacturing operations to identify, define, and document business requirements. Improving workflows to increase efficiency in material flow, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configuring GSS software to match specific business processes, developing custom screens, reports, and scripts using tools like Crystal Reports.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing high-level technical application support, resolving complex issues related to Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC), accounting, or system performance.
  • Training & Documentation: Developing user training manuals and conducting training sessions for end-users to maximize system usability.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Reconciling ledger/sub-ledger data, ensuring data accuracy, and creating custom dashboards for performance analysis. 

What your background should look like

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred for specialized roles.
  • Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems analysis, or technical consulting.
  • System Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of Global Shop Solutions ERP is typically required.
  • Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and inventory control.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, relational database structures, and Crystal Reports.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $101,200 - $151,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
