TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Customer Quality Engineer within the Aerospace Defense Marine Business Unit (ADM BU) who will serve as the dedicated TE quality focal point for top ADM customers along the East Coast, driving improvement on customer scorecards, managing PPAP/FAI requirements, change notifications, corrective actions, and VOC/ECE initiatives, and partnering with TE plants to deliver timely 8D responses. This remote role requires 5+ years in quality, 3+ years in direct plant interaction, ADM experience preferred, strong negotiation on customer requirements, and 25% to 50% travel. COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $93,500 - $140,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
