Censys seeks a Sr. Customer Success Engineer, EMEA, a remote UK role near London. You will own the technical success of customers from onboarding through adoption, deliver white-glove service, manage complex escalations, and guide integrations with Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow, and Cloud Connectors while translating security objectives into scalable solutions. Bring 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in cybersecurity SaaS, strong Python and REST API skills, and solid knowledge of security tooling, cloud providers, and SSL TLS, plus the ability to influence across teams. Demonstrate calm under ambiguity, superb communication, a self-starter mindset, and a track record of reducing time to value. Salary £93k-£107k plus bonus and equity; day-one benefits; remote in UK, London area preferred.

Role Summary:
In this role, you will report to the Manager, Customer Success and Support. You'll collaborate with a team of experts dedicated to delivering white-glove service to our most important customers. As a Senior CSE, you’ll be a product expert, who loves solving problems and going the extra mile to ensure no stone is left unturned. You’ll serve as a coach and trusted advisor during the training, implementation, and adoption phases of the customer lifecycle and be a trusted partner for all support requests.
Location: This is a fully remote position within the United Kingdom, with a preference for being located around the London metro area.

The annual base salary range for this role will be around £93,000 - £107,000, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
