Sharaf DG is seeking a Senior Executive/Officer to grow its E-commerce business across SharafDG.com and partner marketplaces from the Dubai on-site team. The role centers on seller onboarding and management, incremental GMV, assortment expansion, pricing competitiveness, and operational excellence through catalog quality, listing hygiene, stock synchronization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care. You will own end-to-end onboarding, plan and execute campaigns for DSF Ramadan and White Friday, and deepen SKU depth. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in ecommerce marketplace management with Amazon No No on experience, plus strong negotiation and analytics skills (Excel BI). Job Summary & Purpose:  Senior Executive/Officer is responsible to improve E-commerce electronic business of company across various e-commerce platform. The role will drive incremental GMV, assortment expansion, and profitability across SharafDG.com and partner marketplace channels through strong seller management, listing quality, pricing competitiveness, and operational excellence. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities: 1 Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and acquire high-potential marketplace sellers/brands aligned to category gaps. Own end-to-end onboarding: registration, documentation, commercial terms, catalog readiness, and go-live, improve onboarding turnaround time and reduce onboarding drop-offs 2 Incremental Business Growth: Increase seller productivity through assortment expansion, better pricing, and campaign participation. Plan and execute marketplace participation in key campaigns (DSF, Ramadan, White Friday, etc.). Track promo ROI and contribution from marketplace sellers 3 Assortment & Category Expansion. Close assortment white spaces by onboarding relevant sellers and adding long-tail SKUs. Improve depth and width of selection across key categories to increase customer choice and conversion 4 Marketplace Operations Management: Manage day-to-day marketplace operations including listing status, stock sync, order flow, and escalations. Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth order processing and seller compliance. Work closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care teams to remove growth blockers and improve marketplace performance 5 Catalog & Listing Hygiene: Ensure high-quality product content: titles, attributes, descriptions, images, and taxonomy mapping. Improve discoverability and conversion through catalog quality and keyword-optimized listing.

Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field) 4–8 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce/Marketplace account management/vendor management. Hands-on experience with Amazon/Noon/other marketplace seller ecosystems preferred. Proven track record in seller onboarding and scaling third-party business. Educational Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate Professional Certifications MBA in Marketing is desirable Skills & Abilities Understanding of following: 1. Strong understanding of marketplace business models and seller lifecycle management. Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills. Good verbal & written communication skills. 2. Strong analytical skills with Excel (pivot, lookup, dashboards); BI tools preferred 3. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to work independently. 4. Familiarity with Seller Panels, OMS workflows, and ecommerce operations metrics
