Databricks is seeking a Sr. Field Technical Program Manager for a full-time onsite role in Auckland. You will join the Forward Deployed Engineering team to accelerate customer outcomes by delivering complex big data and AI projects while balancing delivery with the professional services business. You will own commercial delivery across concurrent engagements in ASEAN and Greater China, from small 2 to 3 week engagements to multi-month, multi-person programs, defining scope, managing risk, enforcing reporting, and overseeing financials to drive adoption. The ideal candidate has 4+ years leading enterprise big data projects with teams up to five and contracts over $0.5M, global deployments, agile, PMI or PRINCE, strong communication and mentoring, initiative, and a willingness to travel.
