What you'll do

  • Be an on-site financial/economic expert during negotiations
  • Lead bi-weekly updates to the CFO
  • Develop high-performing analysts to support ongoing negotiations, labor benchmarking, and assorted labor and operational planning decisions across the company
  • Work closely with multiple departments throughout the company including Labor Relations, the broader Finance Organization, Relevant Operational Teams, the People Team, and more

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 7 years of previous work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA
  • 3 years of prior management experience
  • Airline/travel industry and/or financial analysis/accounting 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong PC and MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Strong experience with financial modeling and analysis
