The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Transformation is part of the Strategy and Process team within our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Division. You’ll play a critical role in influencing the future of the supply chain by supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, performance, and innovation throughout the supply chain network. 

What you'll do

•    Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of strategic transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, performance, and innovation throughout the supply chain network
•    Manage the planning and execution of a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives for the supply chain network
•    Deliver planning and execution of WMS solution evaluation and implementation, and planning platform improvements
•    Design efforts to redefine inventory strategies, including network allocation and overall inventory strategy
•    Maximize order coverage and service levels to support operational requirements, including RON (Remain Overnight), engineering/project modifications, and Line and Heavy Check materials requirements
•    Conduct comprehensive network allocation and inventory strategy projects to redefine inventory Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants
•    Oversee inventory optimization and material planning to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
•    Develop standardized operational workflows
•    Define, monitor, and report key operational KPIs
•    Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants
•    Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
•    Ensure operational readiness through structured change management
•    Promote safety, 5S principles, and lean operations
•    Promote empowerment and engagement

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
•    7 years' work experience in supply chain logistics/ operations

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Master’s degree- MBA or MS in Supply Chain
•    Experience in Aviation and/or Airline Operation
•    Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, and 5S methodologies

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Strong understanding of supply chain design, performance measurement, process optimization and team development
•    Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
•    Excellent understanding of ERP/MRP systems and demand planning tools
•    Demonstrates program management skills – able to set vision, motivate/influence, and measure performance
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives and redefine inventory strategies
•    Proven track record of optimizing stock levels, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring material availability to meet business needs and service expectations efficiently
•    Ability to drive projects to completion with a strong bias for action
•    Good decision-maker – uses facts, experience, technical experts, and data to make sound decisions
•    Quantitative mindset with strong analytical and data processing capabilities
•    Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and computer skills
