Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Measurement Partner in Sydney to support the Sales team, Advertisers, and Agency partners by measuring and improving ad effectiveness with a mix of internal and external solutions. You’ll advocate for measurement strategy, translate complex analytics for non technical audiences, and collaborate with global partners to align approaches while helping shape product and measurement roadmaps. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital ads measurement, a Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics or Math, strong SQL skills, and expertise in MMM, sales lift, geo tests and brand/conversion lift, plus proven cross functional collaboration and senior stakeholder influence. Not eligible for relocation; in office two days a week in Sydney. As a Sr. Measurement Partner, you'll assist our Sales team, Advertisers, and Agency partners in understanding and enhancing the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You'll serve as an advocate, strategist, and thought leader for ad measurement at Pinterest. At the intersection of Business and Product, we aid in driving advertiser performance and provide in-market feedback to our Product organization, influencing our ad and measurement solutions strategies.
