The ideal candidate will have an MS degree (PhD preferred) and 10 or more years of industry experience deploying and modeling advanced semiconductor technologies, with deep expertise in device physics, ESD device design and reliability modeling, and strong proficiency with EDA tools for analog mixed signal design and simulation; experience with IO and power pad ring design, design for manufacturing, and latch-up failure analysis is essential. The candidate should hold at least an MS degree (a Ph.D. is preferred) and have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in technology deployment and modeling of advanced semiconductor technologies. Familiarity with advanced modeling methodologies for leading‑edge CMOS technologies is also required.
