You will shape the product vision and strategy and own the backlog from prioritization to value delivery, collaborating with Operations Planning and Performance, Network Planning and IT within the Operations Strategic Planning team to help build a reliable, profitable global schedule. You will apply Agile and DevOps practices, use data and analytics, conduct A/B testing, and communicate OKRs and roadmaps across squads and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with three to five years in product management, plus go-to-market and tooling experience and product management certifications. • You are part of the Operations Strategic Planning team, within the Operations Planning and Performance Division. Our team collaborates with other departments to create American’s global schedule.
