The Sr. Sales Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for driving Sales within
Enterprise segment
focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of IT systems, a strong network within the UAE enterprise sector, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for IT infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise accounts

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination.

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans.

Collaborate with technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

6–10 years of sales experience in the UAE region, preferably within an IT System Integrator or Technology Vendor.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, security, etc.)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

UAE driving license is a must.
