Synopsys Canada ULC seeks a Sr. Signal and Power Integrity Engineer for on-site Nepean, full-time, to model simulate and analyze SIPI across silicon, package. You’ll verify and document SIPI outcomes, run validation experiments, and help develop SI/PI flows and requirements for customers. The role requires strong communication, Windows and Linux proficiency, solid circuit theory, and experience with time and frequency-domain analysis, and DDR interfaces; scripting in Python TCL Matlab and circuit simulators such as HSPICE. Familiarity with 3D EM tools like Ansys SiWave/HFSS is a plus.
