Role Summary

The Sr. Team Lead Rider is a critical lead role responsible for overseeing front-line onboarding and compliance operations across the UAE. This position ensures that every rider entering the fleet meets mandated requirements, while simultaneously maintaining operational throughput, audit readiness, and compliance integrity.


The role requires strong leadership, the ability to balance speed with accuracy, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of rider onboarding and compliance functions across multiple cities.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor processes to ensure seamless onboarding and timely compliance with all mandated documents.

  • Establish KPIs and regularly monitor progress to maintain onboarding velocity without compromising compliance accuracy.

  • Anticipate potential backlogs or risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate audit exposure or operational delays.

  • Provide regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance onboarding and compliance outcomes.

  • Supervise and coach the Onboarding Lead and Compliance Admin to achieve high-quality performance standards.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Operations, HR, City Logistics teams) and external 3PLs to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth collaboration.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • 2–3 years of experience in large-scale operations, ideally in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or mobility tech.

  • Demonstrated experience managing senior operations staff and cross-functional projects.
