Position Overview
The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in supporting the operating company by collaborating with operations across the business to execute key accounting functions. This includes managing monthly closings, maintaining accurate financial records, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with parent company reporting. The role also involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Staff Accountant interfaces with project managers and senior leadership to provide insights and respond to inquiries, while also contributing to inventory management, CAPEX tracking, and tax reporting.
