You’re a skilled analog and mixed-signal designer with strong CMOS fundamentals and experience in high-speed SerDes. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing SerDes standards and developing analog sub-block specs
  • Designing and optimizing high-speed analog circuits
  • Proposing and executing verification strategies
  • Collaborating with layout and digital teams
  • Presenting simulation results to peers and customers
  • Mentoring junior engineers and documenting designs
