You’ll provide administrative support across the department, maintain WorkBrain entries for attendance and payroll, process orders and vendor invoices in Coupa, create and manage files, arrange events, coordinate onsite facilities, and back up non-technical tasks as needed. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to type 35 WPM; preferred candidates have working knowledge of WorkBrain and Coupa, plus solid Microsoft Office skills, a professional manner, a self starter mindset and strong organizational habits.
