What you'll do

  • Maintain WorkBrain entries for department employees for attendance and payroll processing
  • Order, and proces receipt of, office supplies and lab materials in Coupa
  • Assist in coding and processing incoming vendor invoices in Coupa
  • Create, track and maintain various departments files
  • Arrange events and meetings
  • Coordinate onsite facilities support request
  • General backup support of department for non-technical tasks

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be able to type 35 WPM

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Working knowledge of WorkBrain
  • Working knowledge of Coupa

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must have a professional working manner
  • Must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be very organized
