The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotels neighbourhood story; the story of Dubai creek. 

Your Day to Day

From preparing and setting up rooms to warmly welcome new arrivals, to keeping shared spaces spotless and cozy, you’ll be the heartbeat of our colleague housing. 

You’ll oversee routine cleaning schedules and periodic deep-cleaning programs; while also carrying out regular inspections to make sure everything reflects Hotel Indigo’s standards of comfort, safety, and care. When maintenance issues pop up, you’ll be quick to raise and follow up on requests, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll help restock essentials and supplies, keep inventory neat and organized, and support in hosting accommodation events and activities that bring our gang together. 

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment where colleagues feel at home; whether it’s the comfort of a freshly prepared room, the ease of a well-kept shared space, or the warmth of a friendly face who helps keep it all running smoothly.

What We Need From You

We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and spirit to the role. Ideally, you’ll have some previous housekeeping experience (extra brownie points if you’ve worked in staff housing or hotels before), but what really matters is your can-do attitude and pride in a job well done. 

You’re the kind of person who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, with energy to spare and a smile that makes even routine tasks shine. You work just as confidently on your own as you do as part of a team, and you know how to balance independence with collaboration. Most importantly, you’ve got a sharp eye for the little details that make a big difference, the ones that turn a simple space into a warm, welcoming home.
