Al Shirawi Group is hiring a full-time Staff Nurse to deliver emergency response, medical support, health monitoring, first aid room management, and reporting in the United Arab Emirates. 1. Emergency Response & Medical Support
•    Attend to all office and warehouse/factory emergency medical situations.
•    Provide immediate first aid treatment for injuries, illness, or work-related incidents.
•    Stabilize patients and coordinate transfer to hospitals when required.
•    Maintain proper documentation of all emergency cases.

2. Health Monitoring & Assessments
•    Conduct routine health checks for employees.
•    Perform pre-employment and periodic health assessments.
•    Monitor employees with special health conditions.

3. First Aid Room & Equipment Management
•    Ensure first aid rooms are properly maintained, clean, and fully operational.
•    Conduct regular inspections of first aid boxes across all departments.
•    Ensure adequate stock levels of medicines and first aid supplies.
•    Maintain calibration and functionality of medical equipment (BP monitor, glucometer, thermometer, etc.).
•    Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment of medical items.

4. Reporting & Documentation
•    Prepare and submit weekly health reports to management.
•    Maintain logs of first aid cases, health assessments, and medical stock.
•    Record and report any trends related to workplace injuries or health concerns.
•    Assist QHSE department in incident investigation where medical input is required.

5. Health Campaigns & Awareness Programs
•    Actively participate in health campaigns conducted across group companies.


Qualifications & Requirements
•    Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial / corporate / occupational health settings preferred.
•    Female candidates preferred.
