Benevity is seeking a Staff Product Designer for a full-time onsite role in Calgary to elevate the donation experience to a world class standard. You will bridge design vision with feasibility and business goals, lead cross-functional explorations, advance the Skyline design system, and apply eCommerce grade optimization, behavioral science, and a B2C mindset to donation flows. Bring 10+ years in high-traffic consumer products, deep understanding of checkout psychology and conversion math, and mastery of Figma and AI-driven tooling. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, craft data backed narratives, and deliver accessible, premium interfaces. In your application, showcase measurable impact, living prototypes, accessibility work, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research; align with Benevity’s mission and DEIB values and demonstrate ability to thrive in a hybrid Calgary environment.
